For the inspection, I wasn’t up sold on any services but was told some minor areas might need some work in the future but nothing to fret about now. Our repair ended up being small but was done with care. The crew working on it took pictures of each step and reviewed with me on-site so I could see how the repair was made and meticulous in cleaning up once complete. We could not be happier with our experience with Major League Roofing! Jeremiah P., in particular, was incredibly helpful! He was the one who came out and inspected our roof in May 2021, and was willing to step in and provide assistance when the roofing contractor that we had failed to show up. He was tremendously helpful with dealing with the insurance company. It took 5-6 months of dozens (not an exaggeration) of calls to the insurance and tons of documentation to get the insurance to replace a roof that was badly damaged in a storm. He stuck with it and eventually got it approved. He then helped with the install of the new roof and new gutters. Just finished using Major League Roofing for our second roof in three years. They were outstanding and far better than our previous roofers. James was incredibly responsive and followed through on everything. The crew was very thorough, careful with landscaping (even though the yard looked like a war zone in the middle of the job), and good with clean up. After just finishing a major rehab, we noticed we had roof leaks and with a major storm heading our way, in panic mode, I called Major League Roofing. They came out quickly to inspect the roof and suggested a new roof. They were able to start the job shortly after lunch the same day. With a eye on the approaching storm, I was afraid I had waited to long to get the roof repaired and was going to have major damage to the just completed remodeling job, but Major League Roofing had an "Army" of roofers tearing off the old roof and laying down the new roof. There was at least 20 professionals repairing our roof and they completed the job (an normally all day job) in about 4 hours, well before the storms hit. Thanks Major League Roofing. ML Roofing was recommended to help with fixing and finishing a new fence and deck that had been abandoned by another inferior group. They showed up immediately to assess what was needed to put my yard back together. Once the work was started, Juan and his crew were fantastic. They were on time and productive every day, sensitive to my previously bad experience, and responsive to my questions. I called Major League Roofing after a major hail storm. Jason came out and met with my insurance adjuster and they both went to work on inspecting my home. One week later Major League Roofing came out on time and replaced my whole roof, all my gutters and also replaced all my damaged siding. I was concerned that they might not bother showing up since it wasn't a major project for them. However, not only did he call me in the morning to confirm his rough arrival time, he also called me on his way, which I appreciated. Then, when he got here, he was able to address the issue I had with a roofing tile at no charge. That speaks volumes about the company's professionalism. James literally walked me through the process from start to finish when I had no idea what to do or what order to do it in.
